We joined up in early 2009 as a couple of like minded investors having the same life values. We began by partnering on one property together that netted us a 50k payday!! Since that time we have purchased and flipped multiple properties together, hosted boot camps and continue to build on our buisness relationship. In early 2011 Gordon joined the team.

- Bob has been flipping houses for 7 years full time. Check out his very brief career timeline:
- Aug, 2004. Quit full time job 1 week after buying a REO in Pontiac, MIDec, 2004. Qualified for $600 a month in food stamps a month. That REO rehab was taking longer than he thought.
- May, 2005. Sold his first rehab and made $3000. Averaged $2.10 an hour.
- Did a bird dog deal and made $1900. Averaged $950 an hour.
- Oct, 2005. Wholesaled a piece of crap to a contractor for $7,00 Saw stars and decided to wholesale crappy houses instead of rehabbing them.
- Nov, 05 to Dec 07. Wholesaled on average 6-10 properties a month.
- Jan 08. Discovered “wholetailing” and average 2-4 deals a month.
- Oct 08. Moved to Southern Utah from Michigan. Stopped doing deals altogether for about 6 months.
- April 09. Started partnering with coaching students across the country flipping homes retail to owner occupant buyers
- June 09. Decided to hang out in Arizona. Ended up convincing my kid brother to quit his job and go at real estate full time. We did 8 deals in 3 months.
- Oct 09. Convinced Craig Fuhr in Baltimore what a great partner would be. We bought about a home a week for the next 2 months
- Jan 11 – moved to Baltimore and have begun to flip homes in the Washington DC area while building new home in Utah
A Litle About Gordon!!!!
- 2004 – Graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a minor in Mathematics.

- Unhappily employed as a manufacturing engineer for three years following college.
- 2005 – Purchased 1st REO. Rehabbed it myself. Took way too long. Learned a lot. Rolled the proceeds from the sale into two more homes.
- 2006 – Became a landlord and realized I didn’t like the rental business.
- 2007 – Quit engineering, moved back to Baltimore and transitioned to construction/real estate investing full-time. Experienced a mix of successes and setbacks over the next few years.
- 2010 – Took a chance and attended a rehabbing bootcamp in Detroit. Met Bob and Mark, completed the Kissflipping “coursework”, and went on to have the best year of my investing career.
- 2011 – Currently purchasing about 1-2 homes per month, all fix-and-flip rehabs.
- I feel very fortunate that I am able to pursue my passion on a daily basis, and I am excited to be able to help others succeed in this business.
