We have all heard of the 80/20 princple (Pareto Princple) right????  Well if you have not or have been living on a deserted island for the last 20 years here it is in a nutshell.  The principle states that roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes:

• 80% of consequences flow from 20% of the causes
• 80% of results come from 20% of effort and time
• 80% of company profits come from 20%of the products and time

The ratio is often skewed 90/10, 95/5, 99/1 but the minimum ratio is 80/20

Folks, look around you it really is true.  The question is do you accept the principle and do you apply it to your personal and buisness life.  Once you realize the profound effect of applying this principle your time managment and the things that you decide to dedicate your time towards will become crystal clear.  Why am I telling you this?  Because if you follow our blogg your most likley are involved in some way with real estate investing and you, as an investor can benefit the most from using this priciple.
