The next KISS Flipping boot camp has been scheduled and we’re ready to start taking reservations.

What To Expect…

You’ve probably been to a live real estate training even before. But this event will most likely be very different from anything you’ve ever experienced before. It’s a completely unique, tailor made experience, not modeled after anything else out there….      

KISS FLIPPING INTENSIVE      

• Day 1: We focus on the most important skill you can acquire: FINDING DEALS.
  • How to find opportunity markets
  • In depth analysis of anybody who is willing to volunteer their market. This includes us discussing how we would approach YOUR market. Last boot camp we did 4 MLS systems including Atlanta, Milwaukee, Santa Fe and Detroit.
  • How to develop rapport with REO realtors
  • How to develop your own “opportunity market” and become the market expert
  • Hard Money approaches
  • Uncover how to approach your market

 

• Day 2: This day is the Bus tour day. We will go and look at the projects Bob is working on locally. Specifically the focus on this day is: ESTIMATING REPAIRS
• • How to spend 5-10 minutes and be able to estimate the cost of a rehab.
  • How to know when to over rehab or under rehab
  • How to deal with contractors, get quotes etc…Kiss Flipping style
  • See a wide spectrum of custom $850k houses to $85k houses in a 5 minute drive

 

• Very Customized: Before these events even start, we will be sending out a survey asking for your direct input about what you want to focus on.  The Kiss Flippers will take the time to go through every-one’s wants and needs and create a custom outline for the day based on where people’s needs are. 

 

• Intentionally Intimate: You can expect lots of personal attention. We want everyone getting what they really need most out of this experience.

 

• One Prerequisite: This is not a “what does the word ‘flipping’ mean” kind of event. It’ll all be very straightforward with a K.I.S.S. approach. But the one thing you need under your belt in advance is to have already gone through the Kiss Flipping Core Training  and the Kiss Flipping 2.0 update before your feet walk in the door on the first day. So if you want to come and haven’t gotten that one notched in your belt yet…the great news is, you’ve still got time to finish it up. This event will BUILD UPON what you learn there, so please, respectfully, make sure you have gone through the core training sessions at least once in advance. Fair enough?

 

• No Selling: Despite what you may have experienced elsewhere, this event is NOT about up-selling you on more stuff, other people’s stuff or anything at all. This is NOT some crazy pitch-fest.

 

• Free Access to our Amplifier Trainings: With your registration you will get free access to our Amplifier trainings. This training module is building block on top of the the Core Kiss Flipping training

 

• THIS is an intensive, hyper-focused learning experience. You’ll enter with your base of KISS Flipping core training and a brain full of your own, personal questions and issues. You’ll leave armed with personal answers and solutions that’ll equip you to kick things up to a whole new level from wherever they are now.

The reality is, these events happen from time to time because the DEMAND is so great and the FEEDBACK is so overwhelmingly positive from them. Unlike some, we’re intentionally not charging an arm and a leg.

Don’t worry!!! With your purchase you will get access to the actual training provided at the boot-camp via web links.  That way you can reference the training when you need to

It was great to finally meet you and your wife in person.  Just wanted to say thanks for
everything over the weekend. It was off the charts great this weekend! I know you and Bob laid everything you had out there for us and I just wanted to let you know how much of a difference you are truly making with all of us and especially with me.  I know this because I was in the middle of many of the conversations amongst the many that were there and truly everyone that I came in contact with got a lot out of the 3 days. I realize its all about action from this point forward.  You all have planted the seed now we have to do our part. Hope you had a great trip home, know it was long with two kids in the back but hey what fun would a quiet ride be anyway!!!!  I’ll talk to you soon with updates from our houses.  Thanks again for everything this weekend.

Wow!  What a great boot camp!  I went there thinking that I knew quite a bit already and might pick up a little something here or there.  I didn’t know I would learn so much valuable information in just three short days.  Your quick calculation techniques are invaluable.  I was way beyond impressed, not only by what you taught me but by how genuine and down to earth you and all the others associated with your program are.  You could have charged me five times the amount for the boot camp and it would have been worth every penny of it as I would no doubt save me that much on the next flip I do.  It was not only informative but fun as well.  Thanks!
