What To Expect…

You’ve probably been to a live real estate training even before. But these events will most likely be very different from anything you’ve ever experienced before (unless you’ve been to an event with Bob before). It’s a completely unique, tailor made experience, not modeled after anything else out there….      

KISS FLIPPING INTENSIVE      

• Day 1 and 2: This first two days you’re locked in a class room with Bob and Mark while they brain dumps all over you. Reinforcing and building upon your Kiss Flipping training and attention. Whatever new his mind might concoct, based on what you tell them you want to focus on.Don’t expect a big, glossy binder or a million dollar PowerPoint presentation. Instead imagine an interactive, completely reality-based walk through the world of KISS Flipping as seen through Bob’s brain in real-time.
  • Think 1,000% practical, real world and “bleeding edge” (as we like to say around here)…
  • You’ll dig directly in the MLS and explore new markets together, see them through their eyes in real time…
  • A nothing held back, pure, unadulterated, mind blowing experience.
  • By the end of it all you’ll be mentally exhausted and energized at the same time. Guaranteed.

• Day 3: On day 2 we’ll all pile into a big ole’ bus and hit the residential neighborhoods  together. Watch in utter amazement as Bob and Mark wrap their mind around a new market for the first time in real-time. It don’t get any more “real world” than this, folks. The pure, unadulterated Kiss Flipping experience……

KISS REHAB BOOTCAMP      

• Day 1: Classroom lock-down again.  You will learn the ins and outs of everything A to Z with rehab. No stone will be left unturned, we will cover contractors, negotiation pricing, lien waivers, 1099′s, management skills, permits, mold, lead etc…..
• Day 2 and 3: Pile into that big old bus again and take everything that we learned in the classroom and apply it to our current projects occurring in the streets.  Our partner Craig Fuhr will take us through his world of rehabs and give us his first hand accounts of each project.  We will also have our trades there for detailed break out sections where you will be able to have Q and A with them.

• Very Customized:Before these event even start, We will be sending out a survey asking for your direct input about what you want to focus on.  The Kiss Flippers will take the time to go through every-one’s wants and needs and create a custom outline for the day based on where people’s needs are.
• Intentionally Intimate: You can expect lots of personal attention. That’s part of why we’re limiting it to a certain number of participants (a number of which may be coaching students)……we want everyone getting what they really need most out of this experience.

• One Prerequisite: This is not a “what does the word ‘flipping’ mean” kind of event. It’ll all be very straightforward with a K.I.S.S. approach. But the one thing you need under your belt in advance is to have already gone through the Kiss Flipping Core Training before your feet walk in the door Friday morning.

This event will BUILD UPON what you learn there, so please, respectfully, make sure you have gone through the core training sessions at least once in advance. Fair enough?

This is NOT some crazy pitch-fest designed to sell you (and 10,000 other people) on a half dozen gurus’ snake oil while we have you captive in a hotel room.

  THIS is an intensive, hyper-focused learning experience. You’ll enter with your base of KISS Flipping core training and a brain full of your own, personal questions and issues. You’ll leave armed with personal answers and solutions that’ll equip you to kick things up to a whole new level from wherever they are now.
