Before these events even start, we will be sending out a survey asking for your direct input about what you want to focus on.  The Kiss Flippers will take the time to go through every-one’s wants and needs and create a custom outline for the day based on where people’s needs are.

Today you’ll be locked in a class room with Bob Norton while he brain dumps all over you — reinforcing and building upon your KISS core  training.

Don’t expect a big, glossy binder or a million dollar PowerPoint presentation. Instead imagine an interactive, completely reality-based walk through the world of KISS Flipping as seen through Bob’s brain in real-time.  But with a special emphasis on the most important skill you can acquire: finding killer deals.

Today we’ll all pile into a bus and hit the streets together. We’ll take a look at some of Bob’s local projects, potential new deals, and who knows what the heck else.  It doesn’t get any more “real world” than this.

• Learn when you should “over rehab” and when to “under rehab” your deal
• How to deal with contractors, get quotes etc…
• How to “People Leverage” your way to getting others to manage your projects for you.

The reality is, these events happen from time to time because the DEMAND is so great and the FEEDBACK is so overwhelmingly positive from them. Unlike some, we’re intentionally not charging an arm and a leg or asking you to sign over your firstborn in 4 monthly installments……

Truth be told, a big part of our goals at this point in life is to help others to rise above the muck of being stuck where they are now and boldly into wealth, prosperity and success — and these events are a big part of that.

Let me say right up front these events are night right for everyone.

First, you must be teachable, and willing to set aside excuses and preconceived biases. Even those with some experience under your belt will likely end up tossing a number of preconceived notions out the window.  Just because you’ve “always done it that way” doesn’t mean it’s right…or best.

So seriously, if you have a problem with this, then please don’t frustrate yourself and everyone else by coming to this event.

Secondly, you need some core training first. This is not a “what does the word ‘flipping’ mean?” kind of event.  In other words, if you’re completely brand, spanking new to the whole real estate game, this is probably not the event for you.

It’ll all be very straightforward, but it’s designed to BUILD UPON what you learn in the KISS Flipping core training.  Said another way, if you don’t already have a basic understanding of the KISS Flipping model, then you’ll likely be a little lost with us.
