Whoa! That’s a very underground way of being sneaky. That takes being underground to a whole new level. Sounds like I need to get in touch with my local MLS board and see who the other MLS boards are in my surrounding area and get access so I can see what’s going on in their MLS systems. That’s a great way to find some diamonds in the rough!

Very Cool Bob. I work short sales with Shaun McCloskey and just stumbled across this as a way for us to meet the bank’s demand to list the sale but not advertize it to our main market until we are ready to sell on the back end. Glad to hear it can work post foreclosure too!

HOW DOES THE LISTING BY THE DOUBLE DIPPING AGENT “HLP ME GET THIS HOUSE”[BOB NORTON]?
Seems I need to know, what occurs after talking with, and confirming, a sneaky “double dip agent”.

I love it, i am from Detroit and just got access to the mls and notice that some listing isn’t on realcomp I am diffidently go to get mirealsource and find those agents.
