I work short sales with Shaun McCloskey and just stumbled across this as a way for us to meet the bank's demand to list the sale but not advertize it to our main market until we are ready to sell on the back end. Sounds like I need to get in touch with my local MLS board and see who the other MLS boards are in my surrounding area and get access so I can see what's going on in their MLS systems.
